Tim brings a diverse range of experiences to POSA, from founding startups to running a boutique consultancy that built software for all kinds of companies. He’s also worked on some of the top 100 websites on the internet. In addition, he ran a marketing company, helping about a dozen non-profits hit their fundraising goals.
Earlier in his career, Tim co-founded an independent record label, landing a licensing deal with MTV, and later launched the first record label subscription service, which earned him a nod from Indie Village at SXSW.
But above all, Tim is a dad. His 4-year-old son, Wells, plays soccer, and Tim loves coaching his team (and usually ends up rolling around in the grass, having as much fun as the kids). When he’s not on the field, you might find him exploring new ideas and research with his professor wife. Now fully focused on POSA, Tim is excited to bring his passion for youth sports and his experience to help the organization grow.
